It can be both public and private (it is up to you to select in which way to upload). Public UBIDIT will be shared on Ubidit.me website and Private will be sent to one of your contacts you choose. App can be applied in various spheres of life; Such as proving serious political things, public affairs, playing tricks on friends heads and also solving tough problems.
